Aleksandra (Sasha) Masiuk, professionally known as Sashatattooing, is a celebrated LA-based tattoo artist with studios across France, Spain, and the United States. She also serves as an ambassador for a number of established beauty brands.
Sasha has been blissfully married to Pavel Dovgal for 12 years, and together they are blessed with two wonderful children, who bring endless joy and love into their lives.
Her journey into the world of tattoo artistry began in St. Petersburg, Russia, where she initially worked as an illustrator. The following years Sasha opened her own tattoo studios in both St. Petersburg and Moscow. However, both srudios were closed following the war between Russia and Ukraine in 2022. Relocating to Berlin in 2015, Sasha not only developed her skill among the European market, but additionally managed to open a studio in Barcelona. Today, Sasha is living in LA, she owns 5 studios located in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Barcelona, with an eagerly anticipated studio set to open in Paris by Summer 2024.
Sasha’s work is distinct by her technique of applying tattoos in floral motifs and mandalas. Her impressive portfolio includes a client list that has been expanding ever since her first studio and not only celebrity clients, but also collaborations with big beauty and fashion houses.

She has found a profound connection with herself, delving deep into her inner world and discovering the tranquility that lies within. As a Buddhist, she embraces the teachings and practices that guide her towards enlightenment and inner peace. Her spiritual teacher, Pema Namdol Thaye, has been an instrumental figure in her journey, offering wisdom and guidance that illuminate her path.
Daily meditation is a cornerstone of her routine, offering moments of profound peace and self-reflection.
Sasha traveled to Peru for a Ayahuasca retreat, seeking deeper spiritual insights and healing through this ancient practice. In life, she chooses to be happy and enjoy every second, embracing joy and gratitude regardless of circumstances.
She runs her own Telegram channel where she shares insights and experiences from her spiritual journey, hoping to inspire others on their own paths. Through meditation, mindfulness, and the teachings of Buddhism, she continues to explore the depths of spirituality, seeking to understand the essence of being.
